Saudi Arabia at UNESCO’s 214th Executive Board

Participating in the 214th Executive Board, Saudi Arabia’s Permanent Delegate to UNESCO, HH Princess Haifa Al Mogrin, reviewed noteworthy initiatives by the Kingdom on UNESCO-related themes.

 

Notably, on enhancing inclusiveness through global citizenship, HH Princess Haifa Al Mogrin highlighted steps taken by the Kingdom through its education response to Covid-19 that were chosen by UNESCO as being among the top 4 global examples.

Saudi Arabia also expressed its enthusiasm towards hosting a Global Forum against Racism and Discrimination in Autumn 2023, where outcomes of ongoing series of policy dialogues and workshops will be discussed.
